About the Role

Are you an passionate retailer who is customer-obsessed and loves learning and growing? Are you ready for the next step in your retail management career? We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Sheridan Miranda Boutique.

*This is a part-time, 28 hours, 4 days a week (Tues, Wed, Fri and Sat) role.

• Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs and targets.
• Drive a high performing team, that are committed to providing exceptional customer service.
• Coach your team through product knowledge, using your passion for selling.
• Maintain store operations including stock management and VM.
• Previous experience in people management, coaching and delivering feedback is ideal, however not necessary.
