At Sheridan, we're on the lookout for a passionate and organized Design Studio Coordinator to help keep our creative team on track and thriving. If you're detail-oriented and enjoy helping a creative team stay focused and organized, we'd love to hear from you!

In this role, you'll be working closely with our Design team, providing essential support to help them succeed. You'll be responsible for creating impactful presentations, managing the weekly team calendar, tracking budgets, organizing events, handling couriers, and keeping communication flowing seamlessly.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, loves staying organized, and is ready to take on a variety of tasks with enthusiasm and a proactive mindset.

This role is a 12-month full time parental leave contract.

What will I be responsible for?

• Shaping department or category event communications including Design Direction presentations
• Assist with the building of financial and budget reports
• Leading presentation collation across departments or categories 
• Manage the Design Studio consumables and event budgets
• Manage continuity of team supplies and storage relative to budget 
• Support execution of department and business events
• Subscription reconciliation and cost tracking 

 
What experience you can bring to us?

• Tertiary qualification in related creative field
• Ability to communicate confidently and clearly
• Proven track record in similar design coordinator/administrative or functional support role
• Intermediate level experience in Excel
• Experience using Microsoft Suite – especially PowerPoint.
• Adobe Creative Suite – especially InDesign
• Experience across either fashion, home or lifestyle product is a bonus
