This is a fixed term contract to end March 2026.
Reporting to the Head of Group Retail Operations Manager, the role of the HAA Retail Operations Co-Ordinator is to support the retail network across a wide across a wide variety of retail operational areas including invoicing, reporting, in store process and procedures, store communications, team incentives and health and safety.
This is a diverse role which will involve coordinating with all areas of Hanes Brands including Retail Operations, Marketing, Group Regional, Area and Cluster Managers, Customer Service, Supply, Property, Store Development, People and Culture and PBIS.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Generalist Support to HAA store network of 400+ Bonds, BNT and Sheridan stores
- Working with Group Head of Retail Operations with coordination of meetings, national conferences, training events, travel when required
- Maintains relationship with HAA and Retail IT system providers, in relation to system support & enhancements
- World Manager System Support, Maintenance, and upkeep
- Manage and support World Manager Retail Service desk and enquiries
- Support communication workflow from Support Office to stores
- New store opening communications
- Key relationships with external National Service providers
- Processing high volume of utility invoices for all brands
What level of experience will I need?
- Strong administration and/or coordination experience within a large organisation
- Strong attention to detail
- A commitment to providing top level customer service to both internal and external customers
- Aptitude for process orientated thinking
- Strong time and priority management skills
- Experience in a national retailer highly desirable
- Extensive retail experience at a senior level
- Strong computer literacy skills within a Microsoft Office environment
- The ability to work to deadlines
- Broad communication skills and building effective teams
