The role
We are looking for our next exceptional Retail Administrations Coordinator to join our Retail team based in our Support Office in Pyrmont reporting into our National Concessions Manager.
The role of a Retail Administrations Coordinator is to assist in the delivery of the Retail Sales and Profit budgets across Sheridan Concession through:
- Support the Sheridan concession relationships internally and externally to deliver sales through operational effectiveness and marketing spend
- Review weekly promotional plan, ticketing/signage with the Planning Team to ensure 100% execution in store
- Manage operational processes in Concession and contributing to continuous operational improvement
- Co Ordinate new concession openings, refurbishments and relocations in both David Jones and Myer
- Manage the communications and reporting for Gejay (Myer Serviced locations)
This is a full time role requiring to work Monday to Friday. We are however also open to candidates that are looking for part time work-minimum hour requirments are 30+ per week!
Your new role at Sheridan..
- Be the key point of contact between Sheridan Myer and David Jones Concession stores.
- You will work closely with our National Concessions Manager, to ensure that our concession stores are supported and achieving sales results
- Ensuring efficient communication across internal and external departments of Myer and David Jones.
- Work closely with our Area Managers to review processes and identify local opportunities
- Ensure effective roll out of instore promotions,, work with internal teams to ensure Sheridan promotional plans align with concession activity
- Assist with set-up for key seasonal and promotional launches
- You will be a fact finder - analyzing sales results, by store and by state, by Best performing stores and reporting back on the why
- Build and maintain relationships with Myer and David Jones staff- use your persuasion and influencing skills to get the best outcomes for the Sheridan concession
What experience you can bring to us...
- Experience in a similar role OR as an Area, Cluster or Retail Flagship Manager within a fashion or lifestyle retailer
- Exposure to a concession store environment would be advantageous
- Background in specialty fashion or home and lifestyle desirable- Premium retail exposure highly desirable
- Proven capability to build cross functional relationships - with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working with multi-brands or concessions
- High levels of resilience with excellent problem solving skills and inititive.
- Experience in Project Coordination with outstanding organisational ability
- An Engaging personality with exceptional presentation skills
- Competent with Microsoft office suite
