Brand Manager | Berlei| Pyrmont
Are you an Assistant Brand Manager, looking to step and be a brand owner?
We have an amazing opportunity for you.....Working collaboratively with our General Manager of Marketing, you will manage end-to-end campaigns, oversee budgets, email communication planning, concession marketing and website creative across Australia.
What will my role involve?
- Be our brand custodian—owning our brand identity and ensuring our brand positioning is consistent and present across all consumer touchpoints.
- Manage major brand communications across advertising, promotions, PR, online, sponsorships, emails, in store, and packaging.
- Lead communications, media briefing, management, implementation, reviews, and plan, manage, and execute end-to-end campaigns with the help of the broader team.
- Think big, with both a commercial and brand lens.
- Challenge your creativity, communication and leadership skills by managing one direct reports.
- Be involved in a key sustainability project within the Hanes business.
What experience do I need to have?
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.
- Creative marketing communications experience.
- Experience working with agencies and briefing in campaigns.
- Someone who is highly organised, a strong executor and adept at multitasking as this is a fast paced role.
- Proactive with a high attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- An engaging communicator who can work up and down the business in cross-functional teams, and with agencies.
- Commercially aware and a creative thinker.
