Customer Service Officer – Independent's Team| Kew
A bit about the role … We're currently on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our amazing Wholesale Customer Service team This role sits in our independents (indies) team which provides support to our independent & mini major customers across Australia and NZ (think Baby Bunting, Amazon, Lowes) You will manage a specific portfolio of channels and act in an account management capacity to ensure all orders are not only input correctly, but managed and delivered within the designated delivery window. You will also be communicating with customers & our sales teams on a daily basis. What will I be doing?
