Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven decision-making and a customer-first approach? Hanes Australasia, home to beloved brands like Bonds, Bras N Things, and Sheridan, is seeking a talented Commercial Analyst – Loyaltyto spearhead the commercial success of our loyalty initiatives, reporting to our Head of Loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize Profitability: Lead the financial and commercial management of our loyalty programs, focusing on:
- Optimizing & measuring the return on investment (ROI)
- Measuring and tracking incremental sales
- Establishing program KPIs and continuously reviewing theprograms' performance against forecasts and budgets
- Forecast and Analyse: Leverage insights, create detailed reportsand forecast performance to:
- Identify new growth opportunitiesand identify areas to optimise program operating costs and efficiencies
- Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and value
- Develop financial models and frameworks for offers to drive profitable returns
- Run analysis and reporting on campaigns and initiatives to understand impact to sales and member behaviours
- Project Management & Cross Functional Collaboration: Manage projects with a focus on delivering commercial outcomes via loyalty:
- Ensuring alignment and effective implementation of loyalty projects across the organization
- Providing robust analysis and reporting to wider team
- Running cross-functional meetings and project boards relating to any loyalty developments
- Coordinating strategic planning, and collaborative efforts across our IT, Marketing and Ecom teams.
To excel in this role, you will ideally need:
- Proven P&L Management: 3+ years' experience managing a Profit & Loss (P&L) for a business or brand, demonstrating your ability to drive financial success.
- Data-Driven Insights: Extensive reporting experience, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling messaging. Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, etc.) is preferred.
- Project Management Excellence: Proven experience in managing projects across cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective project delivery. Experience with project boards (Monday etc.) is beneficial
- Organisation: Highly organised and able to juggle multiple projects and P&Ls at once.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Previous experience working within loyalty and retail would be beneficial.
