About the Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Sheridan South Wharf Outlet.

This is a full-time position working an average of 38 hours per week. This role is a fixed-term contract ending on 30th June 2025. 

• Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs and targets
• Drive a high performing team, that are committed to providing exceptional customer service
• Coach your team through product knowledge, using your passion for selling
• Maintain store operations including stock management and VM
• Previous experience in people management, coaching and delivering feedback is ideal
