There has never been a more exciting time to join Hanes Brands, as we are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to come on-board & join our retail recruitment team. Reporting to the Retail Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment of retail management roles across our Sheridan, Bonds and Bras n Things brands for a particular geographical location. You will be supported in this portfolio by a Recruitment Coordinator who will oversee & manage our store sales assistant vacancies. 

What experience do I have?

• Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition Advisor role or equivalent
• Energy and drive, tenacity and resilience – you enjoy high volume recruitment
• Creativity- you like to think outside the box on how you can source candidates for vacant positions
• Confidence- you are unafraid to challenge ideas or the status quo
• Business partnering- you enjoy consulting and collaborating with hiring managers
• You are excited to use your strong influencing skills to achieve desirable outcomes
• You enjoy leadership and have had experiencing leading and/or mentoring others
• You are a natural and confident communicator who thrives on building relationships, can talk to anyone and isn't shy of getting up and presenting in-front of groups
• Proven multi-tasking capabilities and superb organisational skills
