We have an exciting, career changing opportunity in a leadership position for Bras N Things as Head Designer for our Fashion Lingerie Category on a 7-month parental leave cover contract.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, Product & Marketing, you will be a proven design leader who is seeking to build on an already outstanding career. You will be instrumental in establishing and driving the creative vision and brand direction, generating ideas and developing commercially successful ranges with your teams. A true people leader, you will provide mentoring and development opportunities, inspire and motivate the team and promote cross functional work and collaboration. You will also support the business in design led projects to further cement Bras N Things position in the market.
