About the Role

We are looking for a results driven and people first Cluster Manager to lead our team Hanes team in Bras N Things Karrinyup, Bonds Karrinyup and Sheridan Balcatta.

This a full-time position; average of 38 hours per week. This is a monthly rotating roster: 3 weeks on a Monday – Friday roster, the 4th week will be a Tuesday – Saturday roster.

• Demonstrated experience in a similiar Cluster Manager, Multi-Site or Senior Store Manager role
• Lead, motivate and inspire your team across 3 stores to achieve budgets, KPIs and profit targets
• Analyse reports to make commercial decisions that drive your stores
• Drive a high performing team, that are committed to providing exceptional customer service
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop a team to achieve goals
• Confidence in coaching and providing positive and constructive feedback to team members
• Outstanding multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to structure your days to support your teams
• Ability to work from our Kew office one day per week to focus on admin, with the remaining days in store
