About the Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic P&C Coordinator to join the team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of our HR data, using our Success Factors HR Information System. Key accountabilities include ensuring our people data is entered into Success Factors accurately and in a timely manner, to support our payroll processing. This role will also support the Employee Service Centre with contract generation and processing contract paperwork, as well as other People & Culture admin support.
A day in the life of …
- Manage and maintain employee data within the SuccessFactors system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Create and maintain documentation such as user guides and cheat sheets
- Participate in system testing and implementation of new SuccessFactors modules or updates
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Contract generation and processing of new starter paperwork
What experience do I have?
- Degree qualification in Human Resources or related field of Business
- Advanced PC Skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneDrive.
- You have extremely high attention to detail - preparing contracts requires high accuracy levels and a tolerance to some repetitive tasks
- Time management and organisational skills are a must, along with you being able to use initiative and adapt in an ever-changing environment!
