About the Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the team at our Bras N Things Perth DFO Store.

This is a part time position at 30.5 hours /week. Rostered Days are Tuesday - Saturday. 

• Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help them to deliver on team budgets and KPIs
• Succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes
• The execution of Visual Merchandising in-store and ability to use your own discretion to make commercial decisions
• Understanding of Stock Management processes and can prioritise tasks
• Previous experience coaching and providing on the spot feedback with your team
