We are currently looking for a Head of Loyalty to drive both the evolution and execution of our new and established Omni programs across our three Iconic Brands – Bonds, Sheridan and Bras n Things.
This newly created role is equal parts strategic, commercial and analytical. Crucial to success is your ability to manage revenue and gross margin against spend and to understand customer behaviour data and draw opportunities from the insights. A curious and customer-centric mindset is fundamental, along with a deep expertise in cross functional internal engagement.
