We are looking for a Senior Designer to join the Jockey Team.   The role is very creative and has a strong print and product development focus. Day to day expect to be creating beautiful premium colour palettes, designing next season product ranges, searching for the next amazing  Jockey print, creating specs, attending fittings … no days will be the same. And on top of the administrative components you will be involved in elements of brand strategy work and bigger picture thinking, focused on planning new season products, product innovation and future brand work.

What experience/skills do I have?   

• Proven experience at Senior Design level, or significant experience at Designer level and ready to take the next step
• People leadership experience – both formally with a direct report(s) and informally across a broader Design team in a mentoring capacity
• Expertise within underwear and/or loungewear highly desirable
• Strong influencing and communication skills with cross-functional teams
• Good mix of creative and commercial thinking, with an ability to consider both aspects in range development
• Strong knowledge of fabric and textiles, garment  construction, costings  and apparel manufacturing
