Junior Wholesale Inventory Analyst | Permanent role | Pyrmont, Sydney
We're on the lookout for a Junior analyst/ replenishment allocator to join our Vendor Support team to support our key customers in effective analysis and order management across our large and varied category base.
You will be reading and analysing weekly sales data to provide insights and accurate recommendations to our internal Sales Managers and our customers' buying teams at SKU and style level.
Day to day you will responsible for:
- Analysing customer sales data and stock to make recommendations to the customer, such as amending store range plans and replenishment parameters
- Working with the planning team on forecasting customer requirements
- Highlighting/forecasting any supply issues with products on the VMI program and assisting Planning in investigating issues
- Developing and implementing formal reporting on any outcomes
- Assisting other Hanes teams (i.e. account teams, customer service, warehouse teams) in supporting customer orders and customer requirements
- Creating orders for advertisements and promotions and conducting sales analysis on their performance
- Ensuring smooth running of the VMI programs and pro-actively recommending changes to improve customer sales and results
- Tracking KPIs and reporting on supply chain performance
- Providing status updates, identifying areas and opportunities for improvement, and escalating problems in a timely manner
Who are we looking for?
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Analytical or replenishment allocations experience
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP, PowerBI skills are preferable.
- Accuracy and high levels of attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Dynamic and flexible approach to your work with a high level of motivation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paired with relationship building capabilities on all levels with both internal and external stake holders
- Ability to make decisions/recommendations based on analysis
