This brand-new role leads our Bonds acquisition and loyalty activity. The role is equal parts strategic and creative, with two major focuses:
- Planning and delivery of an always-on acquisition strategy to help grow our Bonds & Me loyalty database
- Creative content development to support both acquisition and engagement/retention activity – including but not limited to EDM's, performance digi and website assets
Crucial to your success will be having a curious and customer-first mindset, with the ability to leverage data and use this to put forward new ideas and suggestions.
This role is part of a highly engaged, highly creative and highly collaborative marketing team. Putting forward new ideas and challenging the status quo is encouraged, with a supportive leadership team to help you develop and grow.
What experience do I need to have?
- Proven success and experience developing and executing acquisition/growth strategies for multiple audiences
- Experience in building loyalty program structures and understanding of loyalty financials
- Experience and strong understanding of CRM, personalisation, segmentation and customer journeys to drive conversion, acquisition and retention
- High level of data mining and analysis, with ability to translate into actionable insights and messaging for testing and optimisation
- Strong influencing, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in creative development and knowledge of best in class for key digital comms channels
