About the Role
We are looking for our next Online Fulfilment Supervisor to join our SheridanMidland team!
This role will be primarily responsible for processing online orders and deliveries, stock control, and replenishment in line with the retail strategic direction.
Process and dispatch Sheridan online orders from store hub, managing large volumes
Stock management, including shrinkage and reporting stock discrepancies
Store and replenish stock efficiently
Liaise with delivery partners on incoming deliveries and Australia Post for outgoing orders
Communicate relevant updates with store management team
Maintain stock areas effectively to ensure seamless processing
Support team members with front of house sales when required

A strong people leader with the ability to support and empower team members to achieve their goals and purpose
Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills
Stock Management including decisions on stock rotation and stock transfers
Advance communication skills and experience in influencing internal and external stakeholders
Flexible nature with proven ability to lead through an ever changing and fast paced environment
