We are recruiting a passionate and creative Brand Manager for theBras N Things Marketing team. Working collaboratively with the Marketing Manager, you will manage end-to-end campaigns, photoshoots, and packaging development. You will also oversee budgets, email marketing, and website creative across Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and LA. Basically, you'll be kind of a big deal.

- Be our brand custodian—owning our brand identity and ensuring our brand positioning is consistent and present across all consumer touchpoints.
- Manage major brand communications across advertising, promotions, PR, online, sponsorships, emails, in store, and packaging.
- Lead communications, media briefing, management, implementation, reviews, and plan, manage, and execute end-to-end campaigns with the help of the broader team.
- Think big, with both a commercial and brand lens.
- Challenge your creativity, communication and leadership skills by managing one direct reports.
- Be involved in a key sustainability project within the Hanes business.
What experience do I need to have?
You're our perfect fit if you have/are…
- 2 - 3 years of brand management experience. This is a fast paced role, so retail or agency experience is a bonus.
- Expertise in managing the full brand development cycle from strategic development through to implementation and evaluation of outcomes.
- Creative marketing communications experience.
- Experience working with agencies and briefing in campaigns.
- Someone who is highly organised, a strong executor and adept at multitasking.
- Proactive with a high attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- An engaging communicator who can work up and down the business in cross-functional teams, and with agencies.
- Commercially aware and a creative thinker, aware of trends and best in class advertising.
- Previous experience working on creative shoots is very desirable.
