About the Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager to join the Sheridan team our team at our Mosman Boutique.  

This is a part time position, working to a Sunday - Thursday roster, with one weekend off each month. Hours requiring to work per week are 30. 

Duties

• Leading and inspiring your team to achieve store sales, KPI targets and profitability goals
• Store operations including inventory and stock control
• Facilitating visual merchandising to a high standard, following directives and ensuring impeccable presentation of all product
• Maintaining exceptional product knowledge, being able to articulate features and benefits
• Driving a high performing team culture, committed to providing outstanding customer service

Skills + Experience

• Previous people management experience, preferably in retail
• Ability to drive an exceptional customer experience
• Ability to coach and lead a team effectively to achieve sales and KPI targets
• Ability to develop a strong product knowledge with a passion and drive for selling
