About the Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager to join the Sheridan team our team at our Bankstown Outlet.
This is a full time position, working to a Sunday - Thursday roster, with one weekend off each month.
Duties
- Leading and inspiring your team to achieve store sales and KPI targets
- Store operations including managing and prioritising large volumes of stock
- Facilitating VM in a fast-paced environment, using initiative and quick decision making to maximise sales opportunities
- Driving a high performing team culture, committed to providing outstanding customer service
Skills + Experience
- Previous people management experience, preferably in retail
- Ability to drive an exceptional customer experience
- Ability to coach and lead a team effectively to achieve sales and KPI targets
- Ability to develop a strong product knowledge with a passion and drive for selling
