Due to internal progression, a fantastic opportunity has become available for an Assistant Brand Manager to join the Berlei marketing team. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring key components of the brand strategy are executed via annual plans that bring to life the brand positioning in a relevant and compelling way.
This is an exciting and impactful role as you will have an opportunity to empower and build confidence in women.
It's a fast-paced role where you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting the execution of major brand campaigns across all touch points.
- Assisting with all seasonal fashion shoots and rollout of assets with continuous improvement.
- Managing and creating content plans for social media channels.
- Executing campaign components in an integrated manner through all relevant channels - PR, POS, TV, Online, Sponsorships, Events.
- Managing the packaging process with the Product Manager including briefing, photography, artwork and approvals.
- Providing dedicated marketing support as the first point of contact to our key customers (i.e. Hanes Intimates sales team, wholesale partners, retail), ensuring that sales assets and opportunities are maximised. This includes overseeing the delivery of mass market campaigns and seasonal assets into retail channels (e.g. point of sale materials + social assets), and overseeing the e-commerce photography process for customers.
So, what are we looking for?
- Marketing Assistant hungry for the next step; ideally with at least 1-2 years' experience
- You have Project Management experience and are accustomed to working within set timelines and budget allocations
- Ability to adapt and be flexible as business needs arise
- Experienced and passionate about social media
- Strong stakeholder management skills and have experience working with cross-functional teams
- Confident, business savvy with a strong attention to detail
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business or similar field of study
