Stock Coordinator | BONDS & Champion 

We are currently on the hunt for a Retail Stock Coordinator to join the Retail team on a 6 month FTC. Reporting to the Retail Operations Support Manager, the role of the Stock Coordinator is responsible for stock management and data integrity across all Bonds & Champion channels.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside some talented individuals and get stuck into all aspects of stock coordination. We are huge on training and development, and we will invest and support you to achieve your career goals here with us!

Day in the life of …

• Monitor store operations to ensure data integrity and compliance to stock management processes 
• Prepare and report stocktake results from raw data and assist with training and wrap up of stocktake cycle
• Plan and control operational day to day activities such as New Store Openings
• Respond to enquiries from stores and stakeholders to support operational excellence
• Support in training of the retail team and create training resources in mediums such as the weekly newsletter and World Manager

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience within retail and strong understanding of stock management processes
• Passion for supporting others in their development and training
• Strong attention to detail and process oriented
• Confidence to communicate with stakeholders in both written and verbal formats
• Intermediate excel skills required to analyse data (pivot tables, v look ups etc)
