User Experience Manager | Permanent Role | Melbourne or Sydney based
In this role you'll be responsible for researching, concepting, testing, and ultimately creating and delivering amazing user experiences across a variety of channels and contexts.
Reporting directly into and working closely with the Group General Manager Online you'll be assisting on special projects including the evolvement of our omni channel experience accross our brands as well as day-to-day UX activities.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Work with the Group GM Of Online, Business Unit Heads Of Online and Development teams to formulate and deliver the UX initiative roadmap
- Identification and maintenance of a host of user personas across a diverse demographic set
- The planning and conducting of user research and usability studies
- Detailed hypotheses testing using research and testing tools
- The design of flows, wireframes, storyboards and prototypes
- Contributing to post implementation measurement and assessment of the success of all UX initiatives
- Brief developers and assist with implementation of initiatives including UAT where appropriate
- Maintain control of budget relating to any tools required to complete day-to-day projects
- Presenting insights on industry trends in UX research, design and testing methodologies
What experience do I have?
- A minimum of 5 years' experience working in UX roles with a track record of success (leadership experience desirable)
- Experience working on ecommerce sites
- Experience gathering and analysing user data to inform experience design
- Experience creating prototypes to illustrate design and interaction concepts
- Experience in managing testing programs
- Experience working with Google Analytics and Google Optimize A/B Testing Tool (desirable)
- Excellent analytical skills & communication (Written & Verbal)
- Building strategic working relationships as well as generating innovative solutions to overcome work problems and opportunities
