Graphic Design Lead |
Melbourne - Inner |
We are recruiting a Graphic Design Manager to help bring our iconic Aussie fashion brands to life from a visual perspective. We are looking for an experienced graphic designer who loves managing people as much as they do typography and conceptualising new ideas. Reporting to the Design & Content Production Manager you will lead a team of 4 Designers, overseeing creative output to ensure consistency in brand representation. Crucial to the role is the ability to add value creatively: driving the look of all of our brands forward, ensuring that work from the team is fresh, engaging and always ‘on-brief'. A combination of new idea / concept generation, plus adaption of existing artwork is required in this role, and the team will benefit from mentoring on the new idea / concept generation front. Your role is split between people leadership and being on the tools; inspiring and supporting the team to produce amazing work. What experience/skills do I have?
