We are looking for an experienced Senior Area Manager to join our BONDS retail network based in Melbourne. This role will be overseeing various locations in Victoria and Tasmania and will report directly into the State Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing and operating a portfolio of 11 stores across our 3 separate channels for Bonds, whilst playing a crucial supportive role to our State team to achieve success.
As an Area Manager you are passionate about nurturing your team and bringing the best out of them. More importantly you are a manager with a strong presence on the shop floor leading by example! This combined with your strong coaching skills will see you elevating goals to deliver solid results and outcomes. The best part of your day is seeing your team succeed!
