Store Projects Coordinator | BONDS & CHAMPION | Kew
We are looking for a Store Project Coordinator to work within the Store Development team and deliver on multiple end to end strategic capital works projects, of varying size and scale, across our extensive Bonds & Champion retail network, including the delivery of new store fit outs, existing store refurbishments, retail improvement and minor works projects. This is a great opportunity offering exposure, breadth and complexity in a multi-branded role, with lots of different store formats and templates.
You will coordinate third parties, external contractors and internal departments (think shop fitters, design firms, internal marketing and graphics teams, visual merchandising, etc.) to ensure they are in line with the Project Plan, timelines and budget, and to ensure the delivery of each project and roll out schedule.
This person coordinates the delivery of a store every step of the way – from the moment we get the green light on a new site, through to handover to the Store Operations team. It's a busy role and see you working on multiple projects concurrently, all at different points in their timelines – so you must be organised, able to work to deadlines with ease, and able to rally different functions to hit key milestones.
