About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Sheridan Moore Park Outlet.

* This is a Full Time 38hr/ week role working across Sunday- Thursday.

• Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs and targets.
• Drive a high performing team, that are committed to providing exceptional customer service.
• Coach your team through product knowledge, using your passion for selling.
• Maintain store operations including stock management and VM.
• Previous experience in people management, coaching and delivering feedback is ideal, however not necessary.
