Are you a forward thinking and proactive HR professional? Do you have extensive HR experience in the Retail network? Are you passionate about being a true HR business partner to your stakeholders? Do you have a passion for coaching and Learning & Development? If yes, then we have the role for you!
We are currently searching for an experienced and passionate HR Advisor to join our team based in Alexandria. You'll be instrumental in providing generalist operational human resources support to the BNT, Retail network in consultation with the Senior HR Manager.
What will I be doing?
This role works closely with Area/State Managers and the National Retail Manager to develop and ensure the provision of consistent and commercial HR solutions that meet the evolving needs of the business. You'll be the first point of contact with our amazing store teams, including:
Providing coaching and guidance performance development, talent management, on boarding and induction, ER issue resolution, workforce planning, performance management and wellbeing
Driving and supporting culture and engagement initiatives
Conducting and reporting on on-boarding processes and exit interviews
Developing and facilitating focused retail training programs to support team growth and development
Maintaining strong business partnerships with our leadership team
What experience do I have?
It goes without saying, you'll have proven HR experience (3+ years), from within the retail industry. You'll bring experience operating in a fast paced retail environment whilst supporting multiple stakeholders at various levels.
You'll be self-motivated, resilient and a thoughtful influencer, who enjoys change and can provide a fresh approach and way of thinking.
Specifically you will have:
Impressive relationship building skills: you are respected and well-liked by others and know how to forge, maintain and foster strong working relationships with key leaders across diverse client groups
A passion for coaching and mentoring to drive performance growth and people development
Exception experience with the development and execution of retail based learning and development programs
Adaptability, initiative and great communication skills
High level MS Office skills
An ability to travel both locally and internationally if required
