SENIOR CONSUMER INSIGHTS MANAGER | 12 MONTH CONTRACT | KEW
A rare opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Senior Consumer Insights Manager to join our business on a 12 month fixed term contract. Reporting to a key member of our Exec team, you will be instrumental in ensuring that business decisions and strategies leverage: consumer trends, behaviours and attitudes to drive and optimise the success of Hanes brands, products and categories.
Working across a wide range of brands and categories, you will be responsible for managing ad hoc research projects to successfully deliver clear and actionable insights and recommendations to the business. You will manage the programs of tracking research that Hanes Brands has in place to ensure they balance consistency with the evolving needs and dynamics of the business, delivering results in a timely manner and driving stakeholder engagement through the facilitation of presentations and workshops. You will build close relationships with key stakeholders across different facets of the business, including members of the leadership team to support projects, events & initiatives as needed, using your influence to build insights driven communication, product, and retailer strategies. You will be equally comfortable in presenting to an audience as getting stuck into data analysis.
This role is key in providing data research and insights to support cross functional business decisions. Essential for success in this role is previous research agency experience (5 years +) and insights experience on the client side (2-3 years +) supported by high statistical data analytics competence.
