What is the role?
We have an exciting opportunity available for an Ecommerce Specialist to join the Bras N Things Ecomm team.
Your role at Bras N Things will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of all Bras N Things websites, including product and category information, product merchandising, maintaining omni-services functionality and marketplace management. There will also be plenty of new onsite developments and initiatives to keep you busy.
If you have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, a keen interest in online marketing and ecommerce, have awesome attention to detail, are systems savvy and curious to learn more, you could absolutely be our next upcoming star!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the web maintenance of content and product administration across 2 regional websites and 1 marketplace (The Iconic)
- Setting up and testing of all promotional activity
- Support backend functional testing for website upgrades and actively participate in cross functional project teams
- Loading and maintaining product data across all categories for the Bras N Things website, ensuring product imagery, pricing and product descriptions are accurate and up to date
- Compiling new season range data, liaising closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and align on website content
- Enable, manage and troubleshoot online customer services including Click and Collect, Ship from Store and new unified service offerings as they arrive.
- Ensure regular merchandising of the sites is carried out to optimise sales and CVR targets
- Using Excel, Google analytics, Power BI and a variety of other reporting tools to analyse data, build templates to prepare for data loading
What experience do I have?
- Ideally you will come with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- You understand the important of accuracy: when something goes live on our site it's out there, so we need to ensure all content is accurate
- Excel and data are your friends – we have data coming from various sources, so you know how to find, cut and manipulate data
- You are renowned for your strong organisational and prioritisation skills and love to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Priorities shift and deadlines can change – we work in retail so nothing new … you are adaptable and comfortable moving quickly, shifting gears when the business requires
- Experience working on an online platform, similar to Magento (preferred)
